Connecting your mailbox with Upscale is one of the most crucial steps to get you started. You can connect your Gmail, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 accounts.
To connect your Gmail Account
- Go to Settings > Mailbox
- Click on Sync > You will be redirected to Gmail
- Select your email ID from the list
- On selecting the mailbox to sync, you need to Allow all the conditions
Once your mailbox is connected, you will be redirected to Upscale.
To connect your Outlook or Microsoft 365 Account
If you use Outlook or Microsoft 365, the Admin of your Outlook or Microsoft 365 account must first create an account in Upscale and then sync the mailbox. It is essential to allow Upscale sync with your mailbox.
- Go to Settings > Mailbox
- Click on Sign In > You will be redirected to Microsoft Exchange
- Enter your Outlook password and Click on Sign In
It will connect to your mailbox, and you will be redirected to Upscale after syncing successfully.
