Executing tasks at Upscale is as simple as peeling a banana.
To execute a task, head on to the Task section. Search for the task you want to execute and click on it. A dialog box will appear with the relevant task. You can go ahead and execute the task.

Don't want to execute a task? Don't worry you can skip a task, or reschedule it for future any time you want.
