What are Tasks? 

Tasks are your daily to-do's so that you don't miss out on any important follow-up or reach out. You can use tasks to reach your outreach goals through multiple channels. You can send emails, make phone calls, connect to prospects on LinkedIn, and do much more with tasks.

Why should you use tasks?

  • Identify your daily to-do and priority tasks.
  • Perform multi-channel outreach.
  • Automate emails beforehand.
  • Set schedules and more all through Tasks.

There are four categories of tasks that you can create for a prospect in Upscale - 

  • Emails - Auto or Manual 
  • Phone Call
  • LinkedIn task
    • View a profile
    • Send connection request
    • Send message
    • Send InMail
  • Generic Task

You can also create a meet-in-person or action item task for accounts.

Tasks are automatically created by your sequences or triggers based on conditions, ensuring you never miss out on any follow-up. You can also create tasks manually from the Tasks section.
