Reason Behind Auto Email Overdue

Why are the auto emails overdue? Find out.

You can limit the number of emails a user can send across the organization. There can be multiple reasons for scheduled auto emails to get delayed or overdue. Some of the most common reasons are:

  • Bad/wrong contact data
  • You've reached the maximum email sending limit 

Here's how you can find out the reason for auto email overdue: 

  • Go to Tasks > Auto Emails 
  • Hover on the tooltip to find the reason for the email is overdue
