An account is an organization or business you want to engage with and potentially convert into a customer in the future. Prospects are the individuals you engage with when you wish to close sales on the account.
A prospect can belong to only one account at a time, but an account can have multiple prospects. Similar to like prospects, you can add accounts into Upscale in three ways, either -
- by manually adding them, or
- uploading a CSV file and importing accounts along with prospects, or
- importing accounts and prospects from the Google sheet directly.
You can manage and view these accounts from the Account section.
