Do Not Contact Domains or Email Addresses

Add specific domains or email addresses to the Do Not Contact list to avoid contacting them.

Ensure your team doesn't accidentally contact competitors, existing customers, or any specific domain or email address by adding them to the Do Not Contact list. Upscale will block any attempt to contact these domains or email addresses. 

Note: You must be an Admin to add to the Do Not Contact list or have permission to change Organisation settings. 

Here's how you can Add a domain or email address to the Do Not Contact list: 

  1. Go to Settings > User > Organisation > Do Not Contact. 

  2. Click on Add Domain. 

  3. Enter the domain or email address you want to block. 
  4. Click on Add to update.

Here's how you can Remove a domain or email address from the Do Not Contact list: 

  1. Go to Settings > User > Organisation > Do Not Contact. 
  2. Select the domain or email address you want to remove. 
  3. Click on the Delete icon to remove from the Do Not Contact list.
